Rules and regulations for product owners using Product2Web:
  • You must be principle owner or have exclusive right to sell the product or service you plan to place with our network.
  • No adult or illegal content is allowed on the network.  This includes any material that would be considered illegal in any given state of the United Sates or the Countries that we work with. Any attempt to place such items will result in immediate termination of your user and possible litigation.
  • You must have a valid debit / credit card that we can bill immediately each day that there are sales made on our network.
  • You must have a way of taking an online payment either through a merchant gate way or some other means.
  • You must set up a back office advertisers account through our online web portal www.product2web.com

General Policies
  • There will be absolutely no pornographic or adult materials allowed in any of the advertising that is available on the network.
  • The advertiser or advertising agency is responsible for any refunds and/or any and all guarantees that are made regarding the products or services they are providing.  All monies collected by Product2Web for publication and use of the system, or monies collected by partner companies for any associated work, will not be issued back to the advertiser if a third party refund is requested.
  • We are not responsible for any legal or liability claims that your product or service may hold.  We are simply a means for marketing your products, goods, or services.
  • Advertisers do not influence any of our editorial decisions or advertising policies.
  • Advertised products must be compliant with the regulations in the country where the advertisement will be seen. Advertisements for pharmaceutical products (including NDA products) that are subject to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) oversight must comply with FDA regulations regarding advertising and promotion.
  • Advertiser is the legal owner or is licensed to sell their product and distribute it.
  • Product2Web may change the terms set forth herein at any time, provided that no such change applies to ads whose closing date precedes the announcement of the change.
  • Product2Web is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage for errors in displaying an ad or that result from any Product2Web technology or services.
  • Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content (including text, representation, and illustrations) of advertisements printed and also assume responsibility for any claims arising there from made against Product2Web. Product2Web reserves the right to reject any advertising that it believes is not in keeping with the publication's standards or is deemed unsuitable or misleading.
  • By using the website technology, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions contained herein.
  • Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold blameless Product2Web for any legal actions, disputes, fines, court fees, and all other actions and fines resulting from or related to the use of our technology to the full extent enforceable by the law.
  • Product2Web has no responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any advertiser claims, commitments; furthermore, advertiser agrees to be solely responsible for the creation, quality, fulfillment, and customer service of their product(s) or service(s). Product2Web has no responsibility to create, monitor the quality of, fulfill orders for, or offer customer service on any product(s) or service(s) sold or distributed by advertiser.
  • Advertiser is accountable for responsible and accurate portrayal of their company, products, and / or services. Product2Web accepts no responsibility for false or faulty information regarding the Advertiser and its product(s) / service(s).
  • Advertiser agrees to accept sole and complete responsibility for any legal issues that may arise from their Company actions. This includes but is not limited to issues of product / service quality, customer services, and fulfillment. Product2Web will not be held liable for any action resulting from advertiser’s use of Product2Web services or services of any Product2Web partners or affiliates.
